LIFTING DEVICE FOR WATER PIPE
The present invention relates to a water pipe lifting apparatus for lifting a water pipe by connecting the water pipe to an excavator, which is provided to transfer and construct the water pipe by lifting the water pipe through the excavator. The water pipe lifting apparatus includes: a pair of hooks (1) facing each other in a '' shape by comprising a connection plate (10) having a through hole (14) formed in an upper part, and a support plate (20) formed to be extended inward from the lower end of the connection plate by a predetermined angle, and tightly supported by the lower part of a protrusion part protruding to the outside of the water pipe; and a chain (100) passing through the through hole (14) formed on the pair of hooks and fixed to the upper part thereof, and formed by connecting several rings connected to the excavator, wherein the pair of hooks are brought into tight contact with the protrusion part formed on both sides of the water pipe, and then, the chain is adjusted in length and fixed, and then, the chain is coupled to the excavator such that the water pipe can be lifted by the excavator.
본 발명은 굴삭기로 수로관을 리프팅하여 수로관을 이송 및 시공하기 위한 것으로, 굴삭기에 수로관을 연결하여 리프팅하기 위한 수로관 리프팅 장치에 있어서, 상부에 통공(14)이 형성되는 연결판(10)과, 상기 연결판의 하단부로부터 내측으로 소정 각도로 연장 형성되며, 상기 수로관의 외측으로 돌출되는 단턱부의 하부에 밀착 지지되는 지지판(20)으로 구성되어, '∠' 형상으로 서로 마주보는 한 쌍의 후크(1); 상기 한 쌍의 후크에 형성되어 있는 통공(14)을 통과하여 그 상부에서 고정되며 굴삭기에 연결되는 고리를 여러 개 이어서 만든 쇠사슬(100);을 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 한 쌍의 후크를 수로관의 양측에 형성된 단턱부에 밀착시킨 후 상기 쇠사슬의 길이를 조절하여 고정한 후, 상기 쇠사슬을 굴삭기에 결합하여 굴삭기로 수로관을 리프팅할 수 있도록 한 수로관 리프팅 장치를 개시한다.
