PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing complex that improves efficiency of a life flow line.SOLUTION: A housing complex is provided for considering a migration line for shortening a housework flow line. The housing complex has a bathroom (160), a unit (180) having the bathroom (160) and an adjacent bathroom (170), and two or more gateways (151, 152) constituted of openings provided in a partition wall, and also a passage is made through the gateways. A walk through closet is included which has an area of a degree of enabling a person to come in the inside and take in-and-out of a stored material including clothes, and is partitioned by the partition wall provided with the openings and the other partition wall from other areas. A migration line (L5) without a bypass among the flow lines surrounding the unit (180) and having no dead end passes the walk through closet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】生活動線の効率を向上する集合住宅を提供する。【解決手段】集合住宅は、家事動線の短縮化を図るための回遊動線を考慮した集合住宅であって、洗面室（１６０）と、この洗面室（１６０）と隣接した浴室（１７０）とを有するユニット（１８０）と、仕切壁に設けられた開口部で構成される２つ以上の出入口（１５１、１５２）を有し、かつ、該出入口を介して通り抜けができ、人が中に入って衣服を含む収納物の出し入れができる程度の広さを有し、開口部が設けられた仕切壁と他の仕切壁とによって他の領域と仕切られるウォークスルークローゼットとを備え、ユニット（１８０）を取り囲み、かつ、行き止まりのない動線のうち迂回しない回遊動線（Ｌ５）は、ウォークスルークローゼット内を通過する。【選択図】図３
