To provide a housing complex capable of interrupting a glance of visitors and of maintaining privacy.SOLUTION: A housing complex X comprises a first dwelling unit A and a second dwelling unit B provided in a ground floor and a common passage T1 arranged so that a line L in a passage direction passes between the first dwelling unit A and the second dwelling unit B. A wall A10 of the first dwelling unit A includes a first wall A11 facing the common passage T1 and a second wall A12 having a non-visible area to which a glance from the common passage T1 does not reach directly. The first wall A11 does not have a window and is closed. In the second wall A12 a window A14 is provided in the part including the non-visible area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 外来者の視線を遮り、プライバシーを保つことができる集合住宅を提供する。【解決手段】 集合住宅Ｘは、１階に設けられた第一住戸Ａ及び第二住戸Ｂと、通行方向に沿った線Ｌが第一住戸Ａ及び第二住戸Ｂ間を通るように配置された共用通路Ｔ１とを備える。第一住戸Ａの壁Ａ１０は、共用通路Ｔ１を臨む第一壁Ａ１１と、共用通路Ｔ１からの視線が直接届かない不可視領域を有する第二壁Ａ１２とを含む。第一壁Ａ１１は、窓を有さず閉ざされている。第二壁Ａ１２には、不可視領域を含む部分に窓Ａ１４が設けられる。【選択図】 図１
