The housing complex 1 comprises: a plurality of dwelling units 2; an indoor shared part 3 as a shared space facing the plurality of dwelling units 2 and sectioned from outside air; and an air-conditioner 4 for supplying conditioned air to the indoor shared part 3. Each of the plurality of dwelling units 2 has a floor heat insulation structure 21. The indoor shared part 3 includes a shared foundation 23 surrounding the indoor shared part 3. The shared foundation 23 is provided with a heat insulation material 25 for heat-insulating at least a part of the shared foundation 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
