HOUSING COMPLEX
To allow residents to move a vehicle travelling between an exclusive use parking lot attached to a residence at a residence floor and an entry and exit floor (entry and exit of vehicle) by one simple self-propelled entry and exit type car elevator for two exclusive use parking lots of each residence floor safely and easily while allowing the residents to use the exclusive use parking lot as a private space.SOLUTION: An exclusive use parking lot 11 is connected directly to a residence 1S to which it is attached and allows a forward parking or a backward parking directly from a platform 34 of a car elevator 3 at a residence floor RF, the platform 34 of the self-propelled entry and exit type car elevator 3 is provided at one side and the other side of a longitudinal direction X of the vehicle in entry posture, a first exclusive use parking lot 11A is arranged adjacent to the platform 34A of one side and a second exclusive use parking lot 34B is arranged adjacent to the platform 34B of the other side and a turn table 7 is arranged in a platform space 5 of an entry and exit floor EF at the residence floor RF.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】住戸階において住戸に付設される専用パーキングを居住者がプライベート空間のように使用することができながら、その専用パーキングと入退場階との間での走行を伴う車両の移動（車両の入出庫）を、各住戸階の二つの専用パーキングを対象にしてシンプルな一台の自走乗降式のカーエレベータにて居住者に安全・簡単に行わせる。【解決手段】専用パーキング１１が、住戸階ＲＦにおいて、付設先の住戸１Ｓに直結されてカーエレベータ３の乗降口３４から直接に前向き駐車又は後向き駐車可能に構成され、住戸階ＲＦにおいて、自走乗降式のカーエレベータ３の乗降口３４が、乗り入れ姿勢の車両の前後方向Ｘの一方側と他方側に備えられ、一方側の乗降口３４Ａに隣接して第一の専用パーキング１１Ａが配置され、他方側の乗降口３４Ｂに隣接して第二の専用パーキング３４Ｂが配置され、入退場階ＥＦの乗降スペース５にターンテーブル７が配置される。【選択図】図１
