LEVEL ADJUSTMENT METHOD OF STACKING JOINING PART IN CONTAINER TYPE UNIT BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily construct a building having predetermined strength and durability, when constructing a container type unit building.SOLUTION: In construction of a container type unit building for constructing the building by stacking and installing a container type unit 1 having four or more of columns 2 so as to join the columns 2, after premanufacturing a joint bag 10 of bagging a solidification material having fluidity and hardened in response to the lapse of time, the joint bag 10 in a state of having fluidity in the solidification material is laid on an upper end surface of the column 2 of the lower stage side unit 1 installed in a construction site, and a lower end surface of the column 2 of the upper stage side unit 1 is placed above the joint bag 10, and the solidification material inside of the joint bag 10 is hardened in a state of deforming the joint bag 10 by dead weight of the upper stage unit 1. Axial force corresponding to design is transmitted to the joining column 2 via the joint bag 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】コンテナ型ユニット建築の施工に際し、所定の強度及び耐久性を有する建物を容易に構築できるようにする。【解決手段】4本以上の柱2を有するコンテナ型ユニット1を、柱2を接合するように積み重ねて設置し、建物を構築するコンテナ型ユニット建築の施工において、流動性を有し時間の経過に伴い固まる固化材を袋詰めしたジョイントバッグ10を予め製作しておき、施工現場に設置した下段側ユニット1の柱2の上端面に固化材が流動性を有する状態のジョイントバッグ10を敷き、ジョイントバッグ10の上方に上段側ユニット1の柱2の下端面を載せ、ジョイントバッグ10が上段側ユニット1の自重により変形した状態で、ジョイントバッグ10の内部の固化材を硬化させる。接合される柱2にジョイントバッグ10を介して設計に従った軸力が伝達される。【選択図】図1
