BUILDING UNIT ADJUSTMENT JIG AND UNIT BUILDING
To provide a building unit adjustment jig and a unit building that can easily adjust the height position of the beam, and can suppress deterioration of assembly workability.SOLUTION: In an adjustment jig 50, a vertical wall portion 52A of a bracket 52 is joined to a beam 18 of a building unit 12B, a vertical wall portion 54A of a bracket 54 is joined to the beam 18 of an overhanging unit 34, and a horizontal wall portion 54B is arranged above a horizontal wall portion 52B. By pressing the horizontal wall portion 52B with the tip of a bolt 64 screwed into a nut 62 of the horizontal wall portion 52B, the height positions of the adjacent beams 18 between a building unit 12B and an overhanging unit 34 are adjusted. Thereby, the brackets 52, 54 are arranged between the two beams 18, thus it is not necessary to remove the brackets 52 and 54 after adjusting the height position of the beam 18, and therefore the brackets 52 and 54 for adjusting the height position do not reduce the workability of assembling the building unit 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】梁の高さ位置調整が容易で、組み付けの作業性の低下を抑制できる。【解決手段】調整治具50は、建物ユニット12Bの梁18にブラケット52の縦壁部52Aが接合され、張出ユニット34の梁18にブラケット54の縦壁部54Aが接合されて、横壁部52Bの上方に横壁部54Bが配置されている。横壁部52Bのナット62に螺合されたボルト64の先端部により横壁部52Bを押圧することで、建物ユニット12Bと張出ユニット34との間で隣り合う梁18の高さ位置が調整される。これにより、ブラケット52、54が2本の梁18の間に配置されるので、梁18の高さ位置調整の調整後に、ブラケット52、54を取り外す必要がないので、高さ位置調整のためのブラケット52、54が建物ユニット12の組み付けの作業性を低下させることがない。【選択図】図5
