PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color road surface sign material capable of reducing an environmental load by effectively using waste.SOLUTION: In a color road surface sign material of blending a nonslip aggregate in a thermoplastic paint material, a crushed object of waste of ceramics is included in the nonslip aggregate. According to the color road surface sign material on the invention, since the crushed object of the waste of the ceramics is included in the thermoplastic paint material as the nonslip aggregate, a quantity of waste processed as waste matter by a method such as landfill can be reduced. Assuming the waste of the ceramics included in the nonslip aggregate as an insulator used as an electric insulator, since the crushed object of the insulator is extremely little in inclusion of a grain except for a white color, a hue of the paint material is hard to be changed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】廃材を有効利用することで環境負荷を低減できるカラー路面標示材を提供する。【解決手段】熱可塑性を有する塗料材に滑り止め骨材を配合させたカラー路面標示材であって、前記滑り止め骨材に陶磁器の廃材の粉砕物を含有させる。本発明に係るカラー路面標示材によれば、熱可塑性を有する塗料材に滑り止め骨材として陶磁器の廃材の粉砕物を含有させるので、埋め立て等の方法で廃棄物として処理される廃材の量を減少させることができる。また、前記滑り止め骨材に含有される陶磁器の廃材を電気絶縁体として利用される碍子とすれば、碍子の粉砕物は白色以外の粒の含有が極めて少ないので、前記塗料材の色相を変化させにくい。【選択図】 図1
