ROTATION SUPPRESSION STRUCTURE OF STEEL PIPE PILE JOINT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation suppression structure of a steel pipe pile joint capable of suppressing relative rotation of a first steel pipe pile and a second steel pipe pile by a key member, by preventing shear fracture or looseness of a shaft structure, by separating at least a part of an axial part of the shaft structure from a side surface of a key hole part of the key member.SOLUTION: A rotation suppression structure 7 of a steel pipe pile joint of applying the present invention comprises an out-fitting joint 3 and an in-fitting joint 4 for suppressing relative rotation by connecting a plurality of steel pipe piles. The out-fitting joint 3 forms an out-fitting side key groove part 71 in an out-fitting tip part, and the in-fitting joint 4 forms an in-fitting side key groove part 72 in an in-fitting base end part. The out-fitting joint 3 and the in-fitting joint 4 form a key groove part 70 by the out-fitting side key groove part 71 and the in-fitting side key groove part 72, and a key member 5 is fitted in the key groove part 70, and is fixed by a shaft structure 6. The shaft structure 6 includes an axial part 61 inserted into a key hole part 50 and a shaft head part 62 diametrically expanded more than the axial part 61, and separates the axial part 61 from a side surface of the key hole part 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
【課題】軸構造の軸芯部の少なくとも一部を、キー部材のキー孔部の側面から離間させることで、軸構造のせん断破壊又は緩みを防止して、第1鋼管杭と第2鋼管杭との相対回転をキー部材で抑止することのできる鋼管杭継手の回転抑止構造を提供する。【解決手段】本発明を適用した鋼管杭継手の回転抑止構造7は、複数の鋼管杭を連結して相対回転を抑止するものであり外嵌継手3と内嵌継手4とを備える。外嵌継手3は、外嵌先端部に外嵌側キー溝部71が形成されて、内嵌継手4は、内嵌基端部に内嵌側キー溝部72が形成される。外嵌継手3及び内嵌継手4は、外嵌側キー溝部71と内嵌側キー溝部72とでキー溝部70が形成されて、キー溝部70にキー部材5が嵌め込まれて軸構造6で固定される。軸構造6は、キー孔部50に挿通される軸芯部61と、軸芯部61よりも拡径した軸頭部62とを有して、キー孔部50の側面から軸芯部61が離間する。【選択図】図10
