ROTATION SUPPRESSING STRUCTURE OF STEEL PIPE PILE JOINT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation suppressing structure of a steel pipe pile joint with a key member fitted in such a way to prevent fall-off thereof from a key groove, without using a bolt and a nut, a positioning screw, etc., the rotation suppressing structure being capable of preventing a relative rotation between a first steel pipe pile and a second steel pipe pile with the key member.SOLUTION: A rotation suppressing structure 7 of a steel pipe pile joint that applies the present invention suppresses a relative rotation when a plurality of steel pipe piles are connected, and includes an externally-fitted joint 3 and an internally-fitted joint 4. The externally-fitted joint 3 has an external key groove formed on an external tip part 34, while the internally-fitted joint 4 has an internal key groove formed on an internal base edge part 45. The externally-fitted joint 3 and the internally-fitted joint 4 have a key groove 6 formed by joining the external key groove and the internal key groove in a pipe length direction Y. A key member 5 installed continuously on a portion between the external key groove and the internal key groove is fitted into an engaging groove 60 and engaged in a pipe radial direction X, the engaging groove being widened at an inside portion A than an outside portion B in the pipe radial direction X.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】ボルトナット又はイモネジ等を用いることなく、キー溝部から脱落しないようにキー部材を取り付けて、第1鋼管杭と第2鋼管杭との相対回転をキー部材で抑止することのできる鋼管杭継手の回転抑止構造を提供する。【解決手段】本発明を適用した鋼管杭継手の回転抑止構造7は、複数の鋼管杭を連結して相対回転を抑止するものであり、外嵌継手3と内嵌継手4とを備える。外嵌継手3は、外嵌先端部34に外嵌側キー溝部が形成されて、内嵌継手4は、内嵌基端部45に内嵌側キー溝部が形成される。外嵌継手3及び内嵌継手4は、外嵌側キー溝部と内嵌側キー溝部とを管長方向Yに連続させたキー溝部6が形成されて、外嵌側キー溝部から内嵌側キー溝部まで連続して架設されるキー部材5が、管径方向Xの外側Bよりも内側Aを拡開させた係止溝60に嵌め込まれて管径方向Xに係止される。【選択図】図9
