ROTATION SUPPRESSING STRUCTURE OF STEEL PIPE PILE JOINT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation suppressing structure of a steel pipe pile joint capable of suppressing a relative rotation between a first steel pipe pile and a second steel pipe pile with a key member, without loosening a nut on a section of a shaft structure from a shaft part to a widened-diameter part, assuming that conveyance of torque of the key member to the shaft structure is prevented.SOLUTION: A rotation suppressing structure 7 of a steel pipe pile joint that applies the present invention suppresses a relative rotation when a plurality of steel pipe piles are connected, and includes an externally-fitted joint 3 and an internally-fitted joint 4. The externally-fitted joint 3 has an external key groove 71 formed at an external tip part, while the internally-fitted joint 4 has an internal key groove 72 formed at an internal base edge part. The externally-fitted joint 3 and the internally-fitted joint 4 have a key member 5 fixed to a key groove 70 by a shaft structure 6. The shaft structure 6 penetrates through the key member 5 and is fitted to the key groove 70, so as not to press the key member 5 between a widened-diameter part 63 and a bottom surface 70a of the key groove 70.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 17
【課題】キー部材の回転力を軸構造に伝達させないものとして、軸構造の軸部から拡径部のナットを緩めずに、第1鋼管杭と第2鋼管杭との相対回転をキー部材で抑止することのできる鋼管杭継手の回転抑止構造を提供する。【解決手段】本発明を適用した鋼管杭継手の回転抑止構造7は、複数の鋼管杭を連結して相対回転を抑止するものであり、外嵌継手3と内嵌継手4とを備える。外嵌継手3は、外嵌先端部に外嵌側キー溝部71が形成されて、内嵌継手4は、内嵌基端部に内嵌側キー溝部72が形成される。外嵌継手3及び内嵌継手4は、キー部材5が軸構造6でキー溝部70に固定される。軸構造6は、拡径部63とキー溝部70の底面70aとの間でキー部材5を押圧しないように、キー部材5を貫通してキー溝部70に取り付けられる。【選択図】図17
