STEEL PIPE PILE ROTATION SUPPRESSING STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel pipe pile rotation suppressing structure capable of preventing a tensile strength and a compressive strength of the whole joint from decreasing and improving a rotation resistance of a first steel pipe pile and a second steel pipe pile.SOLUTION: A steel pipe pile rotation suppressing structure 7 suppresses a relative rotation of a first steel pipe pile 1 and a second steel pipe pile 2. The steel pipe pile rotation suppressing structure 7 according to this invention comprises an outer fitting end 3 and an inner fitting end 5 which link the first steel pipe pile 1 and the second steel pipe pile 2 in an axial core direction Y. The outer fitting end 3 comprises an outer fitting convexity 31, an outer fitting groove 32, an outer fitting concavity 33, and an outer fitting tip 34. The inner fitting end 5 comprises an inner fitting convexity 51, an inner fitting groove 52, an inner fitting concavity 53, and an inner fitting base end 55. A key groove 72 is formed by cutting out an outer face of the inner fitting base end 55. A key member abuts against lateral faces of the outer fitting convexity 31 and the inner fitting convexity 51. The inner fitting base end 55 is installed by inserting the key member between the outer fitting groove 32 and the inner fitting groove 52 from the key groove 72.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 21
【課題】継手全体の引張耐力及び圧縮耐力の低下を防止するとともに、第1鋼管杭と第2鋼管杭との回転抵抗力を向上させることのできる鋼管杭の回転抑止構造を提供する。【解決手段】第1鋼管杭1と第2鋼管杭2との相対回転を抑止する鋼管杭の回転抑止構造7に関する。本発明を適用した鋼管杭の回転抑止構造7は、軸芯方向Yに第1鋼管杭1と第2鋼管杭2とを連接させる外嵌端部3と内嵌端部5とを備える。外嵌端部3は、外嵌山部31と、外嵌溝部32と、外嵌谷部33と、外嵌先端部34とを有する。内嵌端部5は、内嵌山部51と、内嵌溝部52と、内嵌谷部53と、内嵌基端部55とを有する。内嵌基端部55は、内嵌基端部55の外面が切り欠かれてキー溝部72が形成されて、外嵌山部31の側面及び内嵌山部51の側面に当接されるキー部材が、キー溝部72から外嵌溝部32と内嵌溝部52との間に挿入されて設置される。【選択図】図21
