PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rail fastening device with screw shoulder, when laying a rail on a rail with wide bottom width in a replaceable manner, capable of easily installing the rail with wide bottom width without changing the embedding distance between embedded plugs with respect to a bearing body even when the space from the rail bottom to the embedded plug gets narrower while ensuring satisfactory screwing strength between a shoulder and a fastening bolt.SOLUTION: A rail fastening device 100 with screw shoulder includes a shoulder 120 which has a bolt screw hole 122 formed penetrating through a reinforcement boss part 125 which protrudes downward from a rail-side bottom 123d of the shoulder 120 and which engages with an opening 142 of an embedded plug 140 and a reinforcing extension part 126 which extends toward the rail from the rail-side bottom 123d of the shoulder 120 for supporting the reinforcement boss part 125.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
