RAIL FASTENING DEVICE
To provide a rail fastening device capable of preventing damage and falling of an insulation material caused by rail creepage.SOLUTION: A rail fastening device has a pair of pressers (28A, 28B) for fixing a rail to the upper flanges of an H-steel by abutting on upper faces of right and left bottom part flanges of the rail, and a pair of tightening means (30A, 30B; 31A, 31B) for pressing the pressers onto the upper flanges of the H-steel. The rail fastening device has flange extending means (18C; 24A, 24B) for extending outward the upper flanges of the H-steel and support means (18A, 18B; 21A, 21B) for supporting the flange extending means. The pressers and the tightening means are fitted to the flange extending means, and insulation members (25A, 25B) are provided between the pressers and the flange extending means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】レールのふく進による絶縁材の破損、落下を防止することができるレール締結装置を提供する。【解決手段】レールの左右の底部フランジの上面に当接してレールをＨ形鋼の上フランジに固定するための一対の押さえ具（２８Ａ，２８Ｂ）と、これらの押さえ具をＨ形鋼の上フランジに押し付ける一対の締め付け手段（３０Ａ，３０Ｂ；３１Ａ，３１Ｂ）とを備えたレール締結装置において、Ｈ形鋼の上フランジを外側方へ延長させるフランジ延長手段（１８Ｃ；２４Ａ，２４Ｂ）と、フランジ延長手段を支える支持手段（１８Ａ，１８Ｂ；２１Ａ，２１Ｂ）とを有し、押さえ具および締め付け手段はフランジ延長手段に装着され、押さえ具とフランジ延長手段との間に絶縁部材（２５Ａ，２５Ｂ）が設けられているようにした。【選択図】図１
