PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint cover device for a roof floor capable of enhancing durability of a fire-resisting belt provided on a portion covered with the joint cover device covering a joint part between right and left building frames and absorbing shake motion of right and left buildings.SOLUTION: A joint cover device for a roof floor includes: a throating cover 11 on which a waterproof cover supporting piece in which a joint part side attached to an upper part of a parapet of a lower building of right and left buildings having different heights provided via a joint part 2 protrudes upward and a rainwater infiltration blocking cover 10 formed on both sides thereof, are formed; a joint cover 17 fitted to an exterior wall of the other taller building of the buildings so that a side plate 12 protruding to a lower part of a tip part can move so as not to interfere with the water throating cover 11 when the joint part 2 widens; a fire-resisting belt 23 provided below the joint cover 17 and on wall surfaces that the right and left buildings face each other; and the fire-resisting belt support member having both edge parts thereof fitted on the wall surfaces that the right and left buildings face each other, below the fire-resisting belt 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】左右の躯体間の目地部を覆う目地カバー装置で覆われた部位に設けられた耐火帯の耐久性、揺れ動きを吸収することができる屋上用目地カバー装置を提供する。【解決手段】目地部２を介して設けられた高さの異なる左右の建物の、低い方の一方の建物のパラペットの上部に取付けられた目地部側が上方へ突出する防水カバー支持片および両側に雨水浸入阻止カバー１０が形成された水切りカバー１１と、目地部２が広くなった場合に、水切りカバー１１に干渉しないように先端部の下方へ突出する側板１２が移動できるように、高い方の他方の建物の外壁に取付けられた目地カバー１７と、目地カバー１７よりも下方であって前記左右の建物の対向する壁面に設けられた耐火帯２３と、その両端部が該耐火帯２３の下方の前記左右の建物の対向する壁面に取り付られている。【選択図】図１
