To provide a joint cover device for a roof floor capable of absorbing shaking movement caused by earthquake without damage to the structure or joint cover even when an earthquake occurs in which the joints are narrowed and the left and right building frames are shaken in different front and back directions.SOLUTION: A roof joint cover device for covering a joint portion between left and right building frames comprises: a throating cover provided on one building frame; a joint cover whose projecting end thereof is located on the top of the throating cover, while whose base end is attached to the outer wall of the other building frame; waterproof means provided between the joint cover and the throating cover; and a pair of end covers located on both sides in the front-rear direction of the joint cover which are rotatably provided via hinge members respectively on the outer wall of the other building frame. And the end cover comprises: an end cover main body having a notch; a rotor plate provided in the notch; rotary plate biasing means for biasing the rotary plate toward one of the building frame; and a rotation limiting mechanism for limiting a rotation range of the rotary plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 目地部が狭くなるとともに、左右の躯体が異なる前後方向に揺れ動くような地震が発生した場合であっても、構造物や目地カバーが破損することなく地震による揺れ動きを吸収できる屋上用目地カバー装置を提供すること。【解決手段】 左右の躯体間の目地部をカバーする屋上用目地カバー装置であって、一方の躯体に設けられた水切りカバーと、該水切りカバーの上部にその突出端部が位置し、一方その基端部が他方の躯体の外壁に取付けられた目地カバーと、この目地カバーと前記水切りカバーの間に設けられた防水手段と、前記他方の躯体の外壁にヒンジ部材を介してそれぞれ回動可能に設けられているとともに、前記目地カバーの前後方向の両側部に位置する１対の端部カバーを備え、前記端部カバーは、切り欠き部を有する端部カバー本体と、前記切り欠き部に設けられた回転板と、該回転板を一方の躯体側へ付勢する回転板用付勢手段と、前記回転板の回転範囲を制限する回転制限機構とからなることを特徴とする。【選択図】 図１
