To provide a joint cover device for a roof floor capable of covering a joint without its going into a violent state under a strong wind condition and absorbing oscillation when oscillating by the earthquake.SOLUTION: A joint cover device 1 for a roof floor provided with a joint cover device 8 covering a joint part between one of structures arranged through the joint part and the other of the structures is provided with: a draining cover arranged on the one of the structures 3; a plurality of joint cover supporting tools, of which an end part is attached on the other of the structures and of which the other end part is positioned on an upper part of the draining cover; a joint cover attached on an upper surface of these joint cover support tools in a supported state; a cover device sealing a gap between one end part of the joint cover at a structure side and an upper surface of the draining cover, in which the cover device is composed of a water proof plate attachment arranged at least either on the joint cover supporting tool or near to the other end part of the joint cover and a water proof plate attached on the water proof plate attachment movably in a vertical direction and its end part abutting the upper surface of the draining cover.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
