PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an existing pile removing device enabling a smooth opening/closing operation of a gripping piece, facilitating countermeasures at a time of failure as well as maintenance and inspection, and reducing costs by simplifying a structure.SOLUTION: An existing pile gripping mechanism 3 constituting an existing pile removal device includes: two cylinder mechanisms 6x, 6y provided at diagonal positions on an outer peripheral surface at a top end of a casing 1; two lifting/lowering rods 70x, 70y connected to a tip of a rod of each of the cylinder mechanisms 6x, 6y and hanging down to a bottom end of the casing 1; gripping pieces 2A, 2B fitted openably on an opening edge at the bottom end of the casing 1; and a gripping piece opening/closing mechanism 7 converting force to pull up and force to push down each of the lifting/lowering rods 70x, 70y into force in a closing direction and force in an opening direction of each of the gripping pieces 2A, 2B. A plurality of claw plates 4 is protruded at a tip part of each of the gripping pieces 2A, 2B, and a blade 40 is provided on a tip part of each of the claw plates 4 for excavating a ground around the existing pile and cutting the existing pile.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】つかみ片の開閉動作が円滑であり、そのうえ、故障時の対応や保守・点検が容易であり、構造の簡易化によりコストの低減を実現した既設杭撤去装置を提供する。【解決手段】既設杭撤去装置を構成する既設杭のつかみ機構３は、ケーシング１の上端部の外周面の対角位置に設けられる２個のシリンダ機構６ｘ，６ｙと、各シリンダ機構６ｘ，６ｙのロッドの先端に連結されケーシング１の下端部まで垂下する２本の昇降ロッド７０ｘ，７０ｙと、ケーシング１の下端の開口縁に開閉可能に取り付けられるつかみ片２Ａ，２Ｂと、各昇降ロッド７０ｘ，７０ｙを引き上げる力及び押し下げる力を各つかみ片２Ａ，２Ｂを閉じる方向の力及び開く方向の力に変換するつかみ片開閉機構７とを備えている。各つかみ片２Ａ，２Ｂの先端部には複数の爪板４が突設され、各爪板４の先端部には既設杭の周囲の地盤を切削しかつ既設杭を切断するための刃４０が設けられている。【選択図】図２
