EXISTING PILE REMOVAL SYSTEM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an existing pile removal system capable of accurately making a cutter bite an existing pile or performing reinforcement cutting.SOLUTION: An existing pile removal system comprises: an excavation casing 10 comprising a casing 11, a tilted holder 13 that is fitted on the inner peripheral surface of the casing and becomes closer to the center side as moving downwards, and a cutter 14 that is slidably fitted on the holder 13 and is used to cut an existing pile; a cutter lifting/lowering mechanism 20 comprising a rod 22 fitted on the cutter 14, a first hydraulic cylinder 21 comprising a first piston 21b for lifting/lowering the rod, and a second hydraulic cylinder 23 that comprises a second piston 23b, causes oil L's movement between the first hydraulic cylinder 21 and the second hydraulic cylinder by lifting/lowering the second piston, and comprises an engaged member 23f to be made to engage with a wire W; a whole circumference rotary machine that inserts the excavation casing 10 into the ground; and a heavy machine that lifts and lowers the wire W in the vertical direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】カッタの既存杭への食い込みや鉄筋切断を精度よく実施することのできる既存杭の撤去システムを提供すること。【解決手段】ケーシング11、その内周面に取り付けられて下方に向かうに応じて中央側に近づく傾斜したホルダ13、ホルダ13にスライド自在に取り付けられて既存杭を切削するカッタ14から構成される掘削ケーシング10と、カッタ14に取り付けられたロッド22、これを昇降させる第1のピストン21bを備えた第1の油圧シリンダ21、第2のピストン23bを備え、この昇降によって第1の油圧シリンダ21との間で油Lの移動を生ぜしめ、ワイヤWが係合される被係合部材23fを備えた第2の油圧シリンダ23から構成されたカッタ昇降機構20と、掘削ケーシング10を地中に挿入させる全周回転機と、ワイヤWの上方への吊り上げと下方への吊り下しをおこなう重機とからなる既存杭の撤去システムである。【選択図】図2
