PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel-pipe axial-force member which uses a steel pipe manufactured by cold roll forming, which prevents yield stress from decreasing, and which efficiently increases buckling strength.SOLUTION: A steel-pipe axial-force member 3 for use in a roof truss 1 and the like, which has a slenderness ratio of 45 or less, is characterized by using a structural low-temperature heat-treated steel pipe in which a value of the ratio of yield stress in compressive loading during execution of low-temperature heat treatment to yield stress in compressive loading during execution of strain relieving annealing is 1.17 or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】冷間ロール成形によって製造された鋼管を用いた鋼管軸力部材において、降伏応力が小さくなることがなく、効率的に座屈耐力を向上させた鋼管軸力部材を提供すること。【解決手段】屋根トラス1等に用いられる鋼管軸力部材3は、ひずみ除去焼鈍を行った際の圧縮載荷時の降伏応力に対する低温熱処理を行った際の圧縮載荷時の降伏応力の比の値が1.17以上である構造用低温熱処理鋼管を用いたことを特徴とする細長比45以下の鋼管軸力部材である。【選択図】図1
