PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic member capable of sealing the terminal of a ceramic pipe or the like while securing strength and airtightness, and a method for producing the ceramic member.SOLUTION: Since a ceramic pipe 20, a bottom plate 30 and a sealing material 40 composing a ceramic member 10 are made of ceramic, and it is sealed with a sealing material 40, joining strength between the sealing material 40 and the ceramic pipe 20 can be increased, and also, sufficient air-tightness can be obtained. Further, it has the bottom plate 30, the formation of the sealing material 40 to the internal space 26 than the bottom plate 30 can be prevented, and the internal space 26 with a satisfactory shape can be formed at the inside of the ceramic pipe 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】セラミックパイプなどの末端を、強度および気密性を確保しつつ封止することができるセラミック部材およびセラミック部材の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】セラミック部材１０を構成するセラミックパイプ２０、底板３０、封止材４０がともにセラミックからなり、封止材４０で封止されているので、封止材４０とセラミックパイプ２０との接合強度を高くすることができ、かつ十分な気密性を得ることができる。また、底板３０を有しているので、底板３０よりも奥の内部空間２６への封止材４０の形成を防止することができ、セラミックパイプ２０の内部に良好な形状の内部空間２６を形成することができる。【選択図】図１
