CERAMIC MEMBER AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE CERAMIC MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic member capable of sealing the terminal of a ceramic pipe or the like while securing strength and airtightness, and a method for producing the ceramic member.SOLUTION: Since a ceramic pipe 20, a bottom plate 30 and a sealing material 40 composing a ceramic member 10 are made of ceramic, and it is sealed with a sealing material 40, joining strength between the sealing material 40 and the ceramic pipe 20 can be increased, and also, sufficient air-tightness can be obtained. Further, it has the bottom plate 30, the formation of the sealing material 40 to the internal space 26 than the bottom plate 30 can be prevented, and the internal space 26 with a satisfactory shape can be formed at the inside of the ceramic pipe 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】セラミックパイプなどの末端を、強度および気密性を確保しつつ封止することができるセラミック部材およびセラミック部材の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】セラミック部材10を構成するセラミックパイプ20、底板30、封止材40がともにセラミックからなり、封止材40で封止されているので、封止材40とセラミックパイプ20との接合強度を高くすることができ、かつ十分な気密性を得ることができる。また、底板30を有しているので、底板30よりも奥の内部空間26への封止材40の形成を防止することができ、セラミックパイプ20の内部に良好な形状の内部空間26を形成することができる。【選択図】図1
