To prevent misalignment of a precursor to an electroconductive part on a ceramic green sheet.SOLUTION: There is provided a method of producing a ceramic member comprising an electroconductive part, which method comprises a process of preparing a semi-cured sheet in a semi-cured state comprising an electroconductive material and a curable resin curable at least by either of heat and light and showing electroconductivity at least subsequent to calcination, a process of forming a semi-cured electroconductive pattern having a shape corresponding to the electroconductive part from the semi-cured sheet, a process of arranging the semi-cured electroconductive pattern on a ceramic green sheet and curing it at least by either of heat and light to produce a precursor to an electroconductive part adhering to a ceramic green sheet, and a process of calcining a plurality of ceramic green sheets overlaid one after another including the ceramic green sheet with a precursor to an electroconductive part adhering thereto to form a ceramic member comprising an electroconductive part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
