STEEL PIPE CONNECTION MECHANISM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel pipe connection mechanism capable of solving the problem, by physically separating a mechanism for holding a divided key member in a storage position and a mechanism for maintaining the divided key member in a straddling position.SOLUTION: In a box joint 3, a through-hole 21 communicating with an inward groove part 11 from an outer peripheral surface part of the box joint 3, is correspondingly provided with every divided key member 5A, and a holding mechanism capable of holding the divided key member 5A in a storage position and a maintenance mechanism for maintaining the divided key member 5A in a straddling position by abutting on a surface of the divided key member 5A when being in a state of fitting the outer peripheral surface part 12 of a pin joint 4 to an inner peripheral surface part 9 of the box joint 3, are selectively freely installed in the through-hole 21, and the divided key member 5A is an unlocked state in the radial direction of the through-hole 21 to the through-hole 21 when being in a state of maintaining the divided key member 5A in the straddling position by the maintenance mechanism.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
【課題】分割キー部材を収容位置に保持するための機構と、分割キー部材を跨設位置に維持するための機構とを物理的に離間させることで、上記問題点を解決することができる鋼管連結機構を提供する。【解決手段】ボックス継手3には、ボックス継手3の外周面部から内向き溝部11に連通する貫通孔21が、分割キー部材5Aごとに対応して設けてあり、貫通孔21には、分割キー部材5Aを収容位置に保持可能な保持機構と、ピン継手4の外周面部12をボックス継手3の内周面部9に嵌合した状態であるときに、分割キー部材5Aの表面に当接して分割キー部材5Aを跨設位置に維持する維持機構とが、選択的に取り付け自在であり、維持機構により、分割キー部材5Aを跨設位置に維持した状態であるときに、分割キー部材5Aは貫通孔21に対して貫通孔21の径方向に非係止状態である。【選択図】図12
