STEEL PIPE CONNECTION MECHANISM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel pipe connection mechanism for not moving a key member in the circumferential direction, even if a large load in the steel pipe axial direction and the circumferential direction acts from an inward groove part and an outward groove part on the key member of connecting an axial joint and a cylindrical joint in a slipping-out prevention state.SOLUTION: A cylindrical joint 10 is provided with a through-hole communicating with the inside of an inward groove part from a cylindrical joint outer peripheral surface, and a divided key member 31 is provided with a hole part 32 opposed to the through-hole, and a fixing member 51 can be installed in the through-hole, and the fixing member 51 is provided with a conical part 53 where the base end continuing with one end side of a trunk part of the fixing member 51 is larger than a diameter of the hole part 32 and the tip is smaller than the diameter of the hole part 32, and the divided key member 31 is fixed to a straddling position by contacting the conical part 53 with the hole part 32, and the divided key member 31 is locked in moving along the circumferential direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】軸状継手と筒状継手とを抜け止め状態に連結しているキー部材に、内向き溝部及び外向き溝部から鋼管軸心方向や周方向の大きな荷重が作用したとしても、キー部材が周方向に移動することがない鋼管連結機構を提供する。【解決手段】筒状継手10に、筒状継手外周面から内向き溝部内に連通する貫通孔が設けられ、分割キー部材31に、貫通孔に対向する穴部32が備えられ、貫通孔に、固定部材51が取り付け可能であり、固定部材51に、固定部材51の胴部の一端側に連なる基端が穴部32の直径より大きく、先端が穴部32の直径より小さい円錐部53が備えられ、円錐部53が穴部32に接触することにより分割キー部材31は跨設位置に固定され、分割キー部材31は周方向に沿って移動することが係止される。【選択図】図8
