MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SHEET STICKING FOOTBOARD FOR SPIRAL STAIRS
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a footboard of three-stage spiral stairs with an excellent yield, by miniaturizing uselessness of a decorative sheet.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing three decorative sheet sticking footboards for constituting three-stage spiral stairs, includes: preparing two sets of footboard base materials each of which is composed of lower stage footboard base materials A1 and B1 having a triangular plane shape, middle stage footboard base materials A2 and B2 having an irregular-shaped quadrangular plane shape and upper stage footboard base materials A3 and B3 having a triangular plane shape; forming three footboard pairs by pairing the footboard base materials of different sets; arranging the footboard base materials in such a positional relationship that the nosing tip surfaces of the footboard base materials of the respective footboard pairs face each other and extend in parallel at both sides in a carrying direction X and the rear end surfaces of these footboard base materials face each other; sticking decorative sheets 3 on the footboard base materials such that the decorative sheets 3 are rolled-in from the front surfaces of these six footboard base materials up to the reverse surfaces via the nosing tip surfaces, while carrying the footboard base materials in the carrying direction X; cutting the decorative sheets at clearances between the rear end surfaces of the footboard base materials in the respective footboard pairs; and cutting unnecessary parts of the decorative sheets.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】３段廻り階段の踏板を化粧シートの無駄を極小化して歩留り良く製造する。【解決手段】３段廻り階段を構成する３枚の化粧シート貼り踏板を製造する方法であって、三角形の平面形状を有する下段踏板基材Ａ１，Ｂ１と、異形四角形の平面形状を有する中段踏板基材Ａ２，Ｂ２と、三角形の平面形状を有する上段踏板基材Ａ３，Ｂ３とからなる１セット分の踏板基材を２セット用意し、異なるセットの踏板基材同士を対にして３つの踏板対を形成し、各踏板対の踏板基材の段鼻先端面が搬送方向Ｘの両側に対向して平行に延長し且つこれら踏板基材の後端面同士が対向する位置関係に配置して該搬送方向に搬送しながら、化粧シート３をこれら６枚の踏板基材の表面から段鼻先端面を経て裏面にまで巻き込んで貼着した後、化粧シートを各踏板対において踏板基材の後端面同士の間の隙間でカットとすると共に化粧シートの不要部分をカットする。【選択図】図２
