MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SHEET STICKING FOOTBOARD FOR SPIRAL STAIRWAY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new technique efficiently stickable to a predetermined area of a footboard base material for a spiral stairway, even if a width dimension of a decorative sheet is small.SOLUTION: Dummy boards B1 and B2 having the substantially same plate thickness and having a predetermined plane shape, are prepared together with a base material of a plurality of footboards A1 and A2 for constituting a spiral stairway, and in the positional relationship by which nosing tip surfaces a11 and a21 of the footboard base material are aligned in parallel to the carrying direction X on one side in the carrying orthogonal direction Y and end surfaces b11 and b21 of the dummy boards are aligned in parallel to the carrying direction at a predetermined interval between the nosing tip surfaces of the footboard base material on the other side in the carrying orthogonal direction, these footboard base materials and dummy boards are placed on a carrying device, and after sticking a decorative sheet 20 so as to enter around up to the reverse surface side via the nosing tip surfaces from a surface of at least the footboard base material in this positional relationship, the decorative sheet is cut between the mutual footboard base materials, between the footboard base material and the dummy board and between the mutual dummy boards.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】化粧シートの幅寸法が小さくても、廻り階段用踏板基材の所定の領域に効率的に貼着することができる新規の手法を提供する。【解決手段】廻り階段を構成する複数の踏板A1,A2の基材と共に略同一の板厚を有し且つ所定の平面形状を有するダミー板B1,B2を用意し、踏板基材の段鼻先端面a11,a21が搬送直交方向Yの一方側に搬送方向Xと平行に整列し、ダミー板の端面b11,b21が搬送直交方向の他方側において踏板基材の段鼻先端面との間に所定間隔をおいて搬送方向と平行に整列する位置関係にして、これら踏板基材およびダミー板を搬送装置上に載置し、この位置関係において、少なくとも踏板基材の表面から段鼻先端面を経て裏面側にまで回り込むように化粧シート20を貼着した後、踏板基材同士、踏板基材とダミー板との間およびダミー板同士の間で化粧シートを切断する。【選択図】図2
