SAND COLLECTING METHOD OF SAND BASIN
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sand collecting method for jetting a low-pressure water from a nozzle in a state (drainage state) draining water of a sand basin and draining the soil and sand deposited in the bottom face of the sand basin into a trough in which the soil and sand deposited in the bottom face of the sand basin are enabled to be efficiently drained without making the soil and sand remain in the vicinity of the sidewall of the sand basin.SOLUTION: A sand collecting method of a sand basin is provided for draining the soil and sand deposited in a bottom face of the sand basin into the trough provided in the bottom of the sand basin, by jetting a low-pressure water from a nozzle in a drainage state of the sand basin from the sidewall of the sand basin to a bottom surface slanting toward a trough direction. The sand collecting method is characterized in that a slant angle to the horizontal plane of the bottom surface of the sand basin is 30 degrees or less, and an incidence angle of jet water to the bottom surface of the sand basin is in a range of 30-60 degrees, and whereby a landing point of the jet water to the bottom surface is made to come close to the sidewall side as much as possible.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】沈砂池の水を排出した状態(排水状態)でノズルから低圧力水を噴射して、沈砂池の底面に堆積した土砂をトラフに流す集砂方法において、沈砂池の底面に堆積した土砂を沈砂池の側壁近傍に残留させることなく効率良く流すことができるようにする。【解決手段】沈砂池の排水状態でノズルから低圧力水を沈砂池の側壁からトラフ方向に傾斜する底面に噴射して、沈砂池の底面に堆積した土砂を沈砂池の底部に設けたトラフに流す沈砂池の集砂方法において、沈砂池の底面の水平面に対する傾斜角度を30度以下とし、噴射水の沈砂池の底面に対する入射角度を30〜60度の範囲とし、噴射水の底面に対する着地点をできるだけ側壁側に接近させる。【選択図】図9
