SASH INSTALLATION METHOD
To provide a sash installation method which can be easily cured from welding sparks in a reliable manner when a sash is attached by welding to a structure having an outer wall surface to which a heat insulating material is attached.SOLUTION: A sash installation method includes : a step S1 of attaching a discarded drainer 50 having a rising portion 52 formed indoors to a square steel pipe 31 located at the lower end of an outer sash 40 so as to cover the upper end surface of a heat insulating material 32; a step S2 of temporally fixing a spark protective material 60 whose outdoor side is curved upward to the rising portion 52 of the discarded draining portion 50 by a screw 66; a step S3 of welding the external sash 40 to a building 1; a step S4 of removing the spark protective material 60 by inserting an impact driver 67 from the inside into a gap d between the building 1 and the lower end of the external sash 40 to remove the screw 66; and a step S5 of installing a main water cut 42 to the lower end of the external sash 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】外壁面に断熱材が取り付けられた構造物にサッシを溶接で取り付ける際に、簡易かつ確実に溶接火花から養生できるサッシ取付け方法を提供すること。【解決手段】サッシ取付け方法は、外部サッシ40下端に位置する角形鋼管31に、断熱材32の上端面を覆うように、屋内側に立ち上がり部52が形成された捨て水切り50を取り付けるステップS1と、捨て水切り50の立ち上がり部52に、屋外側が上方に湾曲した火花養生材60をビス66で仮固定するステップS2と、建物1に外部サッシ40を溶接で取り付けるステップS3と、建物1と外部サッシ40下端との隙間dに、屋内側からインパクトドライバ67を差し込んでビス66を取り外すことで、火花養生材60を取り外すステップS4と、外部サッシ40下端に本設水切り42を取り付けるステップS5と、を備える。【選択図】図3
