PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the operation of a clutch unit having the function of a stopper unit in a solar shading device having the clutch unit.SOLUTION: A first clutch unit 9 includes: a first transmission side rotation part 26 which is rotated by a pulley operation drive device and has a transmission side engagement disk 61; a first transmission object side rotation part 50 which is connected to the first take-up rotation shaft and has a transmission object side engagement disk 82; a first cam drum 44 which has a cam groove 46 formed therein; a clutch case 52 which stores the first cam drum 44 in a rotatable manner; two straight holding grooves which are formed on the inner surface of the clutch case 52 and extend in the axial direction; and two clutch balls 55 and 57 which are movable in the axial direction between one ends and the other ends in the axial direction of the two holding grooves and relatively move with respect to the first cam drum 44 in the cam groove 46, and switches transmission and non-transmission of the first transmission side rotation part 26 and the first transmission object side rotation part 51.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
