CRACK PREVENTIVE NET-LIKE BODY, COATED BODY AND COATING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crack preventive net-like body capable of easily forming a coated part capable of reducing occurrence of crack in the vicinity of a corner part by avoiding floating of a net-like body in the vicinity of the corner part if used for the corner part of the coated part, the crack preventive net-like body being a net-like body which is made of fibers and consists of a flexible material and to which coating is applied, a coated body employing the same, and a coating method.SOLUTION: A crack preventive net-like body N is a net-like body made of alkali-proof glass fibers, styrene butadiene rubber coating is applied to the entire body, and coating is not applied to a linear portion L that crosses a center. In a state where the linear portion L is matched to a corner part of a coating part Ga of intermediate coat with mortar and bent, immediately after coating, the crack preventive net-like body N is tensed on the mortar and embedded into a surface part Gb of the mortar in final coating, such that a coated body C capable of reducing occurrence of crack on the surface can be obtained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 可撓性材料からなるコーティングが施されている繊維製の網状体であって、塗工部の角部に用いられた場合に、角部付近で網状体が浮いてしまうことが避けられ、角部付近でクラックの発生を低減させることができる塗工部を容易に形成し得るクラック防止網状体並びにそれを用いた塗工体及び塗工工法の提供。【解決手段】 クラック防止網状体Nは、耐アルカリ性ガラス繊維製の網状体で、スチレンブタジエンゴムコーティングが全体に施され、中央を横切る線状部分Lはコーティングが施されていない。モルタルによる中塗り塗工部Gaの角部に線状部分Lを一致させて折曲した状態で、塗工後直ちにモルタル上にクラック防止網状体Nを張設し、仕上げ塗工でモルタルの表面部Gbに埋め込むことにより、表面のクラック発生を低減させることができる塗工体Cが得られる。【選択図】 図1
