THERMAL-INSULATING AND MOISTURE-PERMEABLE WATERPROOF SHEET AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal-insulating and moisture-permeable waterproof sheet which has thermal insulating property, moisture permeability and waterproofness, and also has weather resistance.SOLUTION: There is provided a thermal-insulating and moisture-permeable waterproof sheet 1 which includes a moisture-permeable waterproof laminate 10 having a non-woven fabric layer 11 and a porous polyolefin film layer 12, a thermal-insulating layer 20 formed on one surface of the moisture-permeable waterproof laminate 10, and a surface protective layer 30 that covers and protects the thermal-insulating layer 20, the thermal-insulating layer 20 contains a thermal-insulating agent and a binder resin, and is formed at such an area ratio that a coverage factor is 70-95% with respect to one surface of the moisture-permeable waterproof laminate 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
