PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tatami and a tatami set capable of reducing installation time.SOLUTION: Disclosed tatami includes: a rectangular tatami floor; a tatami surface attached to at least the surface of the tatami floor; a tatami edge attached to at least one edge of the tatami floor therealong; and a compressible/deformable deformation member having a thin plate shape, which is disposed at least either between the tatami edge and side face of the tatami floor or between the tatami surface and the side face of the tatami floor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
