To provide a fabric Tatami (R) 20 preventing wrinkles and twisting, having a hing physical strength, and excellent in flameproof performance.SOLUTION: A fabric Tatami 20 uses fabric made of union yarn of plant natural fiber and chemical fiber for a Tatami surface 22 covering a Tatami floor 21, wherein needle punch nonwoven fabric 24 including polyester fiber is arranged between the Tatami floor 21 and the Tatami surface 22, the needle punch nonwoven fabric 24 is pasted and fixed on the Tatami floor 21, and the Tatami surface 22 and the needle punch nonwoven fabric 24 are entirely bonded with a hot-melt adhesive arranged therebetween.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】シワやヨレを防ぎ、高い物性強度を有し、防炎性能に優れたファブリック畳（登録商標）２０を提供すること。【解決手段】畳床２１を覆う畳表２２に植物性天然繊維と化学繊維の混紡糸の布地を用いたファブリック畳２０において、畳床２１と畳表２２との間に、ポリエステル繊維を含むニードルパンチ不織布 ２４が配置され、ニードルパンチ不織布２４は畳床２１に対し貼付固定され、畳表２２とニードルパンチ不織布２４とはこれらの間に配置されたホットメルト接着剤により全面固着されている。【選択図】図１
