PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve connection efficiency while ensuring sufficient strength in a structure.SOLUTION: The structural material comprises a half-lap joint part 6 at one end part side. The half-lap joint part 6 comprises a first half-lap joint surface 61 and a second half-lap joint surface 62. On a first region 61a of the first half-lap joint surface 61, 3 first projecting parts P1 are arranged. On a second region 61b of the first half-lap joint surface 61, 2 second projecting parts P2 are arranged. On the second half-lap joint surface 62, 3 third projecting parts P3 and 3 fourth projecting parts P4 are arranged. On a tip surface 5, 3 fifth projecting parts P5 and 2 sixth projecting parts P6 are arranged. A gap G1 on one structural material 1 is engaged with the second projecting part P2 of another structural material 1. A gap G3 of one structural material 1 is engaged with the fifth projecting part P5 of another structural material 1. Gaps G4, G5 on one structural material 1 are engaged with the sixth projecting part P6 of another structural material 1. A gap G6 on one structural material 1 is engaged with an extending part of the first projecting part P1 on another structural material 1 so that each of half-lap joint parts 6 on each of the structural materials 1 is jointed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
