PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device in which the authentication information acquired fraudulently is hard to be authenticated as a legitimate one, and provide an equipment control system and an equipment control method.SOLUTION: When the unlocking and locking are performed with a door lock device 6 by a factor different from the output of a control signal of a control unit 305 based on determination results of a first determination unit 301, the code for selection of a receiving-side code selection unit 303 is changed to the code in which a sequential order in a predetermined code string is advanced by a predetermined number in comparison with the code in selecting. Accordingly, even when authentication information is acquired fraudulently while interfering with reception in a receiving unit 31, the "unlocking and locking of the door lock device 6 by the different factor" is performed after that, and thereby the sequential order of the code selected in the receiving-side code selection unit 303 advances in comparison with the code included in the authentication information acquired fraudulently.
