PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture-proof sheet which can suppress the warpage of a decorative sheet against the influence of a variation in the temperature or humidity of an environment and can maintain adhesiveness to a base material even when applied to fittings such as door panels.SOLUTION: A moisture-proof sheet 1 for a building material includes: a base layer 2 made of a synthetic resin; a vapor-deposited layer 3 that is formed on one face of the base layer 2 and that includes an inorganic oxide; and a coating layer 4 that is formed on the vapor-deposited layer 3. The coating layer 4 includes a metal alkoxide hydrolysate and a water-soluble polymer including a polyvinyl alcohol, and the entire sheet has a water vapor permeation rate of 0.5 g/mday or less and has such a transparency that it is possible to view a back surface side of the sheet from a front surface side of the sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ドアパネルなどの建具に適用しても、環境の温度や湿度の変化による影響に対し、化粧板の反りを抑制し且つ基材との接着性を維持できる防湿シートを目的とする。【解決手段】建材用防湿シート１は、合成樹脂製からなる基材層２と、基材層２の一方の面側に形成された無機酸化物からなる蒸着層３と、蒸着層３の上に形成されたコート層４とを有する。コート層４は、金属アルコキシド加水分解物とポリビニルアルコールを含む水溶性高分子とを有し、シート全体の水蒸気透過度が０．５ｇ／ｍ２・ｄａｙ以下であり、且つシート表面側からシート裏面側が視認可能な透明度を有する。【選択図】 図１
