PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture-proof decorative plate and building material, a decorative plate, and a decorative sheet which are excellent in shock resistance and caster resistance.SOLUTION: There are included: a thermoplastic resin base layer 1; a thermoplastic resin backing layer 8 that is disposed on a back surface 1b of the thermoplastic resin base layer 1; a pattern layer 2 that is disposed on a front surface 1a of the thermoplastic resin base layer 1; a transparent adhesive layer 3 that is disposed on the pattern layer 2; and a transparent thermoplastic resin layer 4 that is disposed on the transparent adhesive layer 3. The thermoplastic resin backing layer 8 has a thickness of 100 μm or more and 300 μm or less and includes a sheet including at least one or more of a crystalline polyester resin in an amorphous state, an amorphous polyester resin, a biaxially-stretched polyester resin, a polypropylene homopolymer, a propylene-ethylene random copolymer, a propylene-ethylene block copolymer, and a polyester resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】耐衝撃性、耐キャスター性に優れた防湿化粧板および建材、化粧板、化粧シートを提供する。【解決手段】熱可塑性樹脂基材層１と、熱可塑性樹脂基材層１の裏面１ｂ側に設けられた熱可塑性樹脂裏面層８と、熱可塑性樹脂基材層１の表面１ａ側に設けられた絵柄模様層２と、絵柄模様層２上に設けられた透明接着層３と、透明接着層３上に設けられた透明熱可塑性樹脂層４と、を有する。熱可塑性樹脂裏面層８は、厚みが１００μｍ以上３００μｍ以下であり、かつ、非晶状態の結晶性ポリエステル樹脂、非結晶性ポリエステル樹脂、２軸延伸ポリエステル樹脂、ポリプロピレン単独重合体、プロピレンーエチレンランダム共重合体、プロピレンーエチレンブロック共重合体、ポリエステル系樹脂のうち、少なくとも１種以上を含むシートからなる。【選択図】図１
