PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing device, an information providing system, an information providing method, and a program in which comprehensive consideration can be provided by combining various information on a same place.SOLUTION: An information providing device comprises: a providing part which provides each of map information, geographic classification information that includes geographical classification data showing a geographical kind of each place, corresponding to the map information, soil bearing capacity information in which soil bearing capacity data showing strength of a ground measured in advance is associated with the measured place, and land consideration information that includes plural land consideration comment data determined in advance indicating the content of consideration on a land; and a control part which, with a designated place as a designation place, selects land consideration comment data corresponding to the designation place, on the basis of the geographic classification information corresponding to the designation place and the soil bearing capacity data within the predetermined range including the designation place, and outputs a report describing the selected land consideration comment data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
