To provide, if an existing building is used for the purpose other than residence, information regarding a building suitable for the purpose.SOLUTION: From a building data base accumulating information relating to a plurality of existing buildings with respect to each of the buildings, the information relating to the exiting building in response to a retrieval condition is retrieved to output the retrieved information. The information relating the existing buildings accumulated in the building data base includes at least any one of a building material for use in a building, a structure of a building, construction work for the building, environment surrounding the building, and use state of the building. Designation by a user of use purpose other than residence is received. A retrieval condition in response to the use purpose designated by the user is set. Based on the information relating to the existing building accumulated in the building data base, a degree of matching of the existing building with the retrieval condition is evaluated with respect to each of the buildings to output the information relating to the existing building selected in response to the evaluation result of the degree of matching.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 既存の建物を居住以外の目的で利用する場合に、その目的に適した建物に関する情報を提供する。【解決手段】 複数の既存の建物に関する情報が建物毎に蓄積された建物データベースから、検索条件に応じた前記既存の建物に関する情報を検索し、検索された情報を出力する。建物データベースに蓄積された既存の建物に関する情報には、建物に用いられる建材、建物の構造、建物の建設工事、建物周辺の環境、及び建物の利用状況のうち、少なくとも一つに関する情報が含まれている。そして、既存の建物に対する、居住以外の利用目的についてのユーザの指定を受け付け、ユーザにより指定された利用目的に応じた検索条件を設定し、建物データベースに蓄積された既存の建物に関する情報に基づいて、検索条件に対する既存の建物の適合度を建物毎に評価し、適合度の評価結果に応じて選定された既存の建物に関する情報を出力する。【選択図】 図１
