To provide an information providing apparatus configured to support efficient management of a facility, an information providing method, an information providing program, and an information display device.SOLUTION: A management server 20 includes: a receiving unit 21 which acquires a paper remaining quantity which is information related to a remaining quantity of toilet paper in each stall 12 from a paper remaining quantity sensor 122 installed in each of the plurality of stalls 12 included in a toilet facility 10; an emergency level determination unit 25 which determines an emergency level for replenishment of equipment in the toilet facility 10 on the basis of the paper remaining quantity in each of the plurality of stalls 12; and an output unit 26 which outputs the emergency level determined by the emergency level determination unit 25.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
