PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper device and fixture capable of carrying out attenuation force depending on a moving speed, regardless of a position of a movable body.SOLUTION: A hinge 10, as a damper device configured to control a moving speed of a door 1 as a movable body, includes: a rotational shaft 25 configured to rotate along with movement of the door 1; a dynamo 46 configured to generate power by rotation of the rotational shaft 25; a magnetic viscous fluid 64 having a nature that viscosity varies according to a magnetic field, and configured to apply resistance depending on viscosity to the rotation of the rotational shaft 25; and a reaction coil 70 configured to make a magnetic field act on the magnetic viscosity fluid 64 by flow of current generated in the dynamo 46.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
