PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper device and fixture capable of properly adjusting attenuation force to be carried out, according to a movement direction or movement position of a movable body.SOLUTION: A door closer 5 includes: a rotational shaft 15 configured to rotate along with movement of a door 1 as a movable body; a magnet 37 interlocking with the rotational shaft 15, and configured to move from one side to the other side or the other side to the one side according to a rotation direction of the rotational shaft 15; a coil 430 for power generation configured to generate power with electromagnetic induction along with movement of the magnet 37; a magnetic viscous fluid 51 having a nature that viscosity varies according to a magnetic field, and configured to apply resistance depending on viscosity to rotation of the rotational shaft 15; a coil 53 for reaction configured to make a magnetic field act on the magnetic viscous fluid 51 with electrification; and an output adjustment circuit 452 configured to adjust current from the coil 430 for power generation fed to the coil 53 for reaction on the basis of a movement direction of the magnet 37.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
