To make the vertical width of the airtight portion adjustable.SOLUTION: The fixture device includes: a fixture body that opens and closes above an immovable surface; and an airtight portion 30 that projects downward from the fixture body in a door width direction and comes into contact with or is close to the immovable surface. The airtight portion 30 is provided so that a vertical width can be adjusted. By adjusting the vertical width of the airtight portion 30, it is possible to prevent frictional resistance between the airtight portion 30 and the immovable surface from becoming excessively large, and a large gap between the airtight portion 30 and the immovable surface from being made.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
