PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve appropriate entrance management to facilities.SOLUTION: An entrance management system 1 comprises a control device 20 and a portable terminal 10. The control device 20 comprises: a key code creating unit 32 which acquires a key code; an association storing unit 36 which stores key codes in association with information of schedule management facilities; an entrance permission code forwarding unit 34 which forwards in advance an entrance permission code α2 containing the key code to an operator; an information acquiring unit 42 which acquires entrance desire information, current location information α1, and the entrance permission code α2 from the portable terminal 10; a current management facility detecting unit 44 which detects current management facilities on the basis of the current location information α1; a match determining unit 48 which determines whether the schedule management facilities match the current management facilities; a permission information acquiring unit 50 which acquires entrance permission information α6 from the operator; and an alarm notification control unit 54 which places an alarm device into alarm release mode when the match determining unit determines that the schedule management facilities match the current management facilities or when the permission information acquiring unit acquires the entrance permission information α6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】設備への入室管理を適切に行う。【解決手段】入室管理システム１は、制御装置２０と携帯端末１０とを有する。制御装置２０は、キーコードを取得するキーコード作成部３２と、キーコードと予定管理設備の情報とを関連付けて記憶する対応記憶部３６と、キーコードを含む入室許可コードα２を事前に作業者に送付する入室許可コード送付部３４と、入室希望情報と現在位置情報α１と入室許可コードα２とを携帯端末１０から取得する情報取得部４２と、現在位置情報α１に基づき現在管理設備を検出する現在管理設備検出部４４と、予定管理設備と現在管理設備とが一致しているかを判断する一致判断部４８と、操作者からの入室許可情報α６を取得する許可情報取得部５０と、一致判断部が一致していると判断した場合、及び入室許可情報α６を取得した場合の少なくともいずれか一方の場合に、警報装置を警報解除モードとする警報通知制御部５４と、を有する。【選択図】図３
