HYDRAULIC DRIVE UNIT OF CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a shock at the activation of a hydraulic actuator, to suppress the vibration of a vehicle body at a stop of the hydraulic actuator, to obtain an effect of the improvement of fuel economy at the activation of a traveling hydraulic motor, and to suppress a response delay before the hydraulic actuator starts to be activated at the activation of the hydraulic actuator, in a construction machine of a special specification in which the moment of a front working device is larger than that of a standard machine.SOLUTION: Throttles are arranged at an original pressure line and an output line of a first variable pressure reduction valve of a shuttle block SB, slow return valves 46 to 49 are arranged at front control pilot pressure lines PL1 to PL4, and first and second correction pump control pressure SAm, SBm are generated by selecting high-pressure sides of first and second pump control pressure SA, SB which are created by the shuttle block SB, and turning brake release pressure, and introduced to regulators R1, R2 of the first and second hydraulic pumps P1, P2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】フロント作業装置のモーメントが標準機よりも大きい特殊仕様の建設機械において、油圧アクチュエータ起動時のショックを低減し、油圧アクチュエータ停止時の車体振動を抑制し、走行用の油圧モータの起動時に燃費改善の効果が得られ、しかも油圧アクチュエータ起動時に油圧アクチュエータが動き出すまでの間の応答遅れを抑制する。【解決手段】シャトルブロックSBの第1可変減圧弁の元圧ラインと出力ラインに絞りを設け、フロント用の制御パイロット圧ラインPL1〜PL4にスローリターンバルブ46〜49を設け、シャトルブロックSBで生成した第1及び第2ポンプコントロール圧SA,SBと旋回ブレーキ解除圧の高圧側を選択して第1及び第2補正ポンプコントロール圧SAm、SBmを生成し、第1及び第2油圧ポンプP1,P2のそれぞれのレギュレータR1,R2に導く。【選択図】図1
