AXIAL LENGTH VARIABLE DEVICE, VIBRATION CONTROL DEVICE, AND VIBRATION CONTROL SYSTEM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control system of a simple configuration and capable of assigning any damping force and restitutive force to a vibration control damper.SOLUTION: A vibration control device 1 is interposed between relatively displaceable first member and second member of a building. The vibration control device 1 has an axial length variable member 10 connected serially with a vibration control damper 11. The axial length variable member 10 includes a ball screw 12 having a screw shaft 15, a ball nut 14 holding the screw shaft 15 and moving the screw shaft 15 forward/backward by rotation thereof, and a support guide part 13 provided on an outer peripheral surface of the ball nut 14 and allowing the ball nut 14 to rotate. The support guide part 13 has a drive motor M fixed for rotating the ball nut 14 forward/backward. An end of the screw shaft 15 is connected to the vibration control damper 11 with a fixing plate 17 in between. A length of elongation/contraction of the screw shaft 15 is adjusted using a vibration sensor in a way that suits vibration of the building, to elongate/contract a length of the ball screw 12 and thereby elongating/contracting the vibration control damper 11, thus adjusting damping force generating on the vibration control damper 11 at a time of earthquake, etc.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】簡単な構成で制振ダンパーに任意の減衰力と復元力を与えることができる。【解決手段】制振装置1は、建造物の相対変位可能な第一部材と第二部材の間に介設させた。制振装置1は、軸長可変部材10と制振ダンパー11とを直列に連結した。軸長可変部材10は、ねじ軸15と、ねじ軸15を保持していて回転によってねじ軸15を進退させるボールナット14と、ボールナット14の外周面に設けていてボールナット14の回転を許容する支持ガイド部13とを備えたボールねじ12を有する。支持ガイド部13にはボールナット14を正逆回転させる駆動モータMを固定した。ねじ軸15の一端を固定板17を介して制振ダンパー11に連結した。建造物の振動に応じて振動センサでねじ軸15の伸縮長さを調整してボールねじ12の長さを伸縮させ、制振ダンパー11を伸縮させることで、地震等の際に制振ダンパー11で生じる減衰力を増減調整する。【選択図】図3
