To provide a hole-in anchor that has high anchoring force, can be prevented from coming out of concrete, can be easily removed when not necessary any more, and provides hot-dip plating in high safety.SOLUTION: A hole-in anchor 1 comprises: an inner member 2 which is provided, on a tip side of a base part 21, with a tapered part 22 gradually increasing in diameter toward the tip; and a sleeve 3 which has an expansion piece 33, expanding as the tapered part 22 enters, provided on a tip side and also has a female screw 34 formed on a rear end side. The inner member 2 is provided with a female screw hole 24 which is open on a rear end surface 23, a fitting bolt 4 can be threadedly engaged with the female screw hole 24, and a small-diameter hole 25 is formed to have a smaller diameter than the female screw hole 24 to penetrate a front end surface 26 of the inner member 2 continuously to the female screw hole 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
