PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement structure of a ceiling panel and a ceiling to improve ceiling rigidity against a downward load.SOLUTION: A reinforcement structure in accordance with the present invention is provided with a cross reinforcement member connected to each of a pair of ceiling panels adjacent to each other, whereas the cross reinforcement member, in a plane view, extends in a direction perpendicular to a direction parallel to an extended direction of a connected portion at which each edge of a pair of the ceiling panel is abutted to a respective edge of a pair of the ceiling panel, and intersects the connected portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
