PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated film peeling agent more excellent in workability, less in overlooking of uneven coating, excellent in adhesiveness, having high peeling performance, less in concern of health harmfulness and easy to confirmation recovery of peeling residue or droplet peeling pieces.SOLUTION: There is provided a coated film peeling agent having a structure which contains at least a solvent component as a peeling component, further a fluorescence agent of 0.01 to 1 mass%, in which the solvent component is A: a nitrogen-containing compound having a cyclic structure or an aprotic polar solvent, B: aromatic hydrocarbon, C: one or more kinds of esters, the solvent component contains A: the nitrogen-containing compound having a cyclic structure or an aprotic polar solvent of 30 to 80 mass%, B: the aromatic hydrocarbon of 5 to 40 mass%, and C: the esters of 5 to 60 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】より作業性に優れ、塗りむらの見落としが少なく、付着性に優れ、高い剥離性能を有し、健康有害性の懸念が少なく、剥離残渣や飛沫剥離片などの確認回収が容易な塗膜剥離剤を提供する。【解決手段】剥離成分として少なくとも溶剤成分を含有し、さらに蛍光剤を０．０１〜１質量％含有し、前記溶剤成分はＡ：環状構造を持つ含窒素化合物または非プロトン性極性溶媒、Ｂ：芳香族炭化水素、Ｃ：エステル類の１種または２種以上であり、溶剤成分は、Ａ：環状構造を持つ含窒素化合物または非プロトン性極性溶媒を３０〜８０質量％、Ｂ：芳香族炭化水素を５〜４０質量％、Ｃ：エステル類を５〜６０質量％、含有する構成の塗膜剥離剤とした。【選択図】図１
