STEEL FRAME MEMBER MANUFACTURING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel frame member manufacturing method that can reduce manufacturing costs by decreasing the man-hours needed to form a plurality of through holes and to secure strength of a web.SOLUTION: A first intermediate body 13 and a second intermediate body 14 are manufactured by cutting a web 11 of blank shaped steel 10 along a line 12 extending in a longer direction L of the web 11 of the blank shaped steel 10. The line 12 for cutting the line 11 is a line which passes a first position Pbetween a center position Win a width direction Wof the web 11 and a lower flange 3, and a second position Pbetween the center position WC and an upper flange 4. While first and second cut pieces 111, 112 are shifted in a width direction Wof the lower flange 3 and upper flange 4, a tip of the first cut piece 111 is joined to the upper flange 4 and a tip of the second cut piece 112 is joined to the lower flange 3 with cut parts 21b, 22b of the first and second cut pieces 111, 112 put one over the other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】複数の貫通孔の形成とウェブの強度確保とに要する工数を削減し、製造コストを低減できる鉄骨部材製作方法を提供する。【解決手段】素材形鋼10のウェブ11の長手方向Lに延びる線12に沿って素材形鋼10のウェブ11を切断し、第1中間体13及び第2中間体14を製作する。ウェブ11を切断する線12は、ウェブ11の幅方向WWの中央位置WCと下フランジ3との間の第1位置P1と、中央位置WCと上フランジ4との間の第2位置P2とをそれぞれ複数回通る線である。第1及び第2切断片111,112を下フランジ3及び上フランジ4の幅方向WFにずらしつつ、第1及び第2切断片111,112の切欠部分21b,22bを互いに重ねた状態で、第1切断片111の先端を上フランジ4に接合するとともに、第2切断片112の先端を下フランジ3に接合する。【選択図】図3
